Overview:
Visual dictionaries contain definitions in writing and in pictures. They allow the creator to make a personal connection to the word, phrase or concept they are studying. As you create a definition for each term or concept, you also create a picture (hand drawn or computer graphic) that represents that term and concept.

This year your class will create it's very own visual math dictionary full of the vocabulary from this course! There will be concepts and terms that some students are very familiar with, and others that are unfamiliar. The object of the dictionary is to serve as a reference tool for you to use throughout the course as you increase your mathematical vocabulary in relation to algebra.
Each week you are required to update the page. Each student must make at least three contributions - updates, changes, additions. Since this is a class project, there will be many versions and visual representations for each concept. Take consideration as you post your changes, and do not duplicate another post.
